moved to...last year or the year before. ETA: He moved here officially in 2023

He likes throwing his weight around and pretending he's the most important and pious man in the universe.

He worked for the Kochs until he took up with one of their wives and married her.

He hates public schools with a passion.

He's got a ton of money to throw around and buy himself the governor's mansion.
