I was there on a cruise in early March, probably among the very last tourists allowed in. They should remain isolated, in my opinion. Behave like New Zealand to keep the virus from rampaging their state.

I do understand that they are heavily dependent on tourism. I live in Santa Fe, New Mexico, which is likewise heavily dependent on tourism. We've already cancelled the Opera season, all of the summer art markets, and I don't even know what else. This is a state that closed down early and has been cautious about re-opening. We need to remain cautious.

As does Hawaii.
