This is a thread that is pinned to the top of the Photography Forum explaining how to upload a photo in general terms. In addition, we ask that a photo be no longer than 1024 pixels on its longer edge, and 465kb or less in size. This can usually be accomplished with any editing software. There are lots of people here, including me, who would be happy to help you with all of this.

When it comes time to enter the contest you create a post in the contest thread, name the photograph, and paste the link into the message portion of the post.

The prize is bragging rights and you get to pick the theme for the next contest.

Again, we are all happy to help.
