I was always into fashion (I went to art school to become a fashion illustrator) and the fashions of the 60s were always my favorites. Music, film, photography and fashion go together. I wished I had the boots, clothes, make up, accessories, etc from the 60s my whole life. Even when I was a teen in the 70s I would illustrate clothes from the 60s. I still have my sketchbooks and portfolios. It was a wonderful time for the senses. That combination hadn't happened quite like that since the 1920s. It hasn't happened since. I definitely was born too late.
