Financial question. Continuing..... We are selling our house to our stepdaughter at a discount in exchange for a "Life [View all]

estate."

So now it comes time to consider the terms of the selling agreement.

Most problematic - what might be the resolution if one or both of us become unable to live unassisted if one or both become disabled or mentally unable to live in the house?

Or if a future conflict causes us or them to no longer want to continue the agreement?

We will continue to share expenses as we are now doing.

Work - that is a problem. I am 83 an no longer able to compete yard tasks and such as I was used to doing. I can, and still help but the majority of work is now performed by step-d and husband - without complaint.

Are there any other areas of concern that we might need to address?
