And while it had been 15 yrs at that time since a ? few times a year visit, and very occasional pass by ? a bus (not sure)...

Our dentist was near the other end of the street The Dakota was on. We'd get off the subway train entrance on Central Park West on that side of it, round the corner, and pass by the entrance. I'd been like 7 - 12ish then '60 - '65.

One of our biggest Rock stations threw open their phone so fans could commiserate togther on the radio w the DJs. There was who ever was on then, possible one more for the next shift. It's possible more came in to be togther.

At least we had each other through the airways.
