I brush it with a little butter, and add an egg scrambled with a little water, s&p. I cook it for 30 seconds on high, then add some shredded cheese, and cook another 30 seconds. Makes a lovely filling for a toasted English muffin. Cooking times vary. I cook everything on high because I don't know how to change the setting! lol
