60. first of all: Szechuan or Hunan definitely for the spice!

local place (called Szechuan, actually) has a dish called Ting Tung which you can have with chicken, beef or pork. It is the most veggie laden dish on the menu. Extra spicy of course.

Also Hot and Sour Soup and steamed dumplings.

I never eat Chinese restaurant buffets anymore. Szechuan is the last really good CHinese place in FW which does not have a buffet. (they do have 2 locations) Our other two have closed, and I still miss them.

Pei Wei doesn't count; they are fusion and in a category of their own.

(at least we have a number of good Thai, Vietnamese Pho, and Sushi places. I don't care for the raw fish sushi but our favorite place has a green dragon roll made with tempura asparagus, avocado, a mango dressing , rolled in rice and no stinky black seaweed either. )
