at the VA. He has a Humana Advantage Plan costing very little premium and is very healthy. Uses Advantage for Primary Doc, Dental, and Eye Exams. Figures he has VA as a backup if he gets really sick. He sees a doc at the VA once a year and also gets a yearly blood draw there.
