Used to go to the "high church" service because I liked the old ritual with the old BCP and Anglican chant. I'm kind of a traditionalist. https://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/uknews/1487379/The-General-Confession-from-the-Book-of-Common-Prayer-1662.html IIRC it's one of two alternatives in Rite I in the newer one.
