size of my bedroom, and maybe 1/7 the size of the studio apartment I had in the Murray Hill neighborhood in NYC in the 1970s. And one wall of that was mostly glass overlooking a courtyard with trees. Still felt too small, with one L-shaped room and the kitchen appliances along one wall near the door. At least there was a reasonably sized bathroom.
