And have a buffoon resembling DeSantis play the goofy governor of a state who does everything wrong. Even that insipid commercial he ran the first time he ran for governor:

Explain federalism and states' rights. Again, the goof governor who gets it all wrong. And have Goofy try to explain what's up to the goofy governor.
