However, Jill Wine-Banks used her Twitter account several times to complain about companies publicly... to address personal customer service issues... One time she complained about a late delivery for Thai food from GrubHub, and wanted someone from GrubHub to get back to her. That was off-putting to me.... Using her privilege. Oh well... I still like her, just not as much.
