5. Guess I'm failing. Rarely more than 5,000 steps. Rarely close to 8 hrs sleep.

At least I'm usually ahead on water intake, minutes of meditation (who meditates only 6 minutes? was that ever a thing?), servings of fruit and veggies, and stretching breaks. 3 healthy meals, no snacks - do you need snacks?

Don't know of any dark lord.

Rock gods, yes. Time sacrificed listening to their music - a lot. And dancing to their music is healthy exercise.
