BREAKING: Supreme Court RULES AGAINST TRUMP in Mar-A-Lago Search Case Application - Meidas Touch [View all]
The Supreme Court just DENIED Donald Trump’s Emergency Application to Vacate (or essentially overturn) the Eleventh Circuit’s Order GRANTING the Department of Justice’s Motion for Partial Stay returning the 100+ classified records back to the DOJ. Justice Clarence Thomas referred Trump’s application to the full Supreme Court which denied the Application in a short terse order.
