and then work their way up to infiltrating city councils, state legislatures, governorships, and then federal. Now they are in the senate and house, supreme court, and sometimes the white house - and in that rise to power, they've not been so concerned with getting into the school boards; but now that they're losing popularity, they're back to starting at the school boards again.
