Looks very banana republic. And I'll bet all the communications between the aggrieved Batman car customer and his buddy the sheriff were over the phone, with no records kept (no doubt a violation of state regulations). These people know how to conduct favors.

If this story is as it appears on the surface, that car fabricator should sue, big time, for harassment and whatever else a good lawyer can come up with.

Two-tiered prosecution system, apparently, with a whole level of prosecution reserved for buddies of the sheriff. How corrosive to the ideals this nation is supposed to represent.



Mr. Bill, not to pick nits, but San Mateo to Indiana is over 2,200 miles.
