34. The DOJ now has probable cause to subpoena his teleprompter transcript for its investigation.

He continues to commit fraud by defending his pressure on Mike Pence due to his conspiracy to break the law. So this speech is no longer protected speech, which justifies the DOJ to consider him a clear and present danger and issue either a warrant for his arrest or a subpoena for his teleprompter transcript.

If I were a DOJ prosecutor with a federal grand jury, I'd subpoena to get a copy and testimony from him and his speech writer. This shit's not funny.

This is something none of us should just be careless about anymore, or be letting him get away with.
