is as in bed with Putin and the oligarchs to the same degree as London finance and real estate markets. Lets not forget Deutsche Bank is by far the largest bank in Germany and has made fortunes laundering dirty Russian money. Add to that the stupidity of not diversifying their energy sources. Becoming more and more reliant on Russian gas during the Putin years. Makes me wonder if Germany is as reliable an ally as we thought or has their government been so corrupted by Russian billions that they're rendered useless in facing off with Russia.
