Disagree with part of the analysis here. If Trump or any other Republican Pres. had said s/he would nominate a Black woman, Republicans would have cheered, because whoever was selected would have been Federalist Society approved. The primary reason they are crying now is because it is a Democrat who is doing the selecting, and the supremely qualified nominee will have an ideology they can’t stand—that is, one that is fact-based and well-reasoned.
