as it appears that the group that wants the bi-partisan bill to pass first and separate is holding firm. So will the progressive caucus torpedo the bi-partisan bill and risk getting nothing? Will Manchin and Sinema be willing to lose the bi-partisan bill by rejecting the $ 3.5 trillion one (it really is looking that neither will fold on their rejection of the $ 3.5 trillion tab).

At the present time it looks like we're getting the bi-partisan bill and the $ 3.5 trillion bill reduced to a ~ $1.5 trillion one.
