Three were developed in the US, one was developed in Europe. Only one has now been found to have possibly dangerous side effects.

FDA doesn't develop drugs, they oversee the development and testing and manufacture of drugs. It's not the cost of the FDA itself, it's the extra safeguards imposed by the FDA that increase the cost of drugs.

It's not simply "this drug costs $X in the US and $Y outside the country".
