while many delegates were locked out because the facility ran out of parking spaces and didn't bother to post any signs to that effect, so they spent an hour+ driving around trying to find a place to park.

And then ignored the calls for a recount due to the above, and also ignored the nays, instead unilaterally approving that "temporary rules" become the new rules that made her essentially a dictator for the proceedings.
