So whatever the merits of who did wrong and was wronged- I wasn't there- NOW can you imagine the June Convention as a Democratic party unity fest??? The issues, the ideology split is much deeper than a two Democratic candidate personality contest. It could make Nevada look like the summer of love by comparison. As of now it is impossible to even talk about this because no time can be allowed for the Sanders message to emerge and be more of a threat than it already is- although it is too late to deny it. Sanders will have close to half the Convention delegates and some very nervous party leaders who by now at least are looking for alternatives to Gloriana.

Some people, like myself who may be an extremist I suppose because at my age I have nothing to lose except my progeny and all future human generations, think our lives depend on getting our government right.

As of now we have the TPP, a goddawful GOP corporatist SCOTUS nominee, an environmental bill that doubles down on hydrocarbons(countless millions to find ways to get at frozen methane in the tundra!) and wars and Smaug style plutocrats and endless, tough minded warring stupidity on a cosmic order of pure shame.

I should think a few frayed nerves and outrage should surface somewhere before we just give up.
