Would it change your story if she really wasn't raped. Lets see, four eye witnesses to the event her own family and friends. Letters from the DA and law enforcement that there was no crime. Two different law Enforcement branches looked at it and found 100% proof that a crime was not committed. So lets just make a movie, through some tears, and people will believe you. Don't try to mask this case by talking about other cases, let this stand own it's own merits and it stinks.
