the only parts are between Montana and Nebraska. They will hire maybe 600 fitters and operators and labors for about 6 months then start laying them off because it will be done. And it will take a max of 35 permanent to run the pipeline. They are all computerized, it doesn't take much manpower at all. All they got are pumping stations, the rest is underground. The guys who work the stations have almost nothing to do but house keeping. The pollution stays here, the gas goes overseas and the money goes in Koch brothers pocket.
