36. You "care about solutions" but offer none

So a "2A" is a license to carry a gun? Like similar laws with different names in Canada, England, Fance, Germany, yes even in Israel where over 50% of families own a gun?

What the heck is wrong with that?

So you have no solutions, and will just "stand by" for the next 30 or 50 or 100 people to die, (which, I agree, they will, probably before next Monday), and shrug your shoulders and say that you "care about solutions", but have none to offer.

If you're not part of the solution, brother, you're part of the problem.

No, of course, as Michael Moore says, banning guns from getting in the hands of a few hundred or a few thousand or a few hundred thousand individuals in America will NOT stop the problem, (yes, he agrees with you, partly), but YOU don't offer us any other steps, you just lecture on about people who were depressed not getting a gun because they were depressed once.. big fucking deal. You DO know that the number of documented suicides each and every year EXCEEDS the number of murders, you DID know that, right? You DID know that suicide by gun is an over 90% effective way to commit suicide, right? (Compared to about 40% for drug overdoses, 45% for hangings, 64% for jumping). You DO know that survivors of unsuccessful suicide attempts come back strong anti-gun advocates, right?

Life is a gift, brother, the only "gift" from whatever created you will ever "give" you; will ever give ANY of us alive on this planet at this moment today. Please stop advocating for ways to keep it "freedom" for people to have easier ways to end it, in the name of the "Second Amendment" to some Constitution, in one of 50 some modern democracies now governing people in the world today. Please don't push YOUR FREEDOMS above people's abilities to live a quality of life. Please reconsider what you're standing for here, making sure people have rather illogical, nonsensical rights to guns next to them at all times under all circumstances, guns that were designed for one purpose, and one purpose alone: to end life. We should be as careful as to whom we entrust the right to hold a gun as we are to those we give the right to put us asleep on an operating table and take out our appendix.

Please reread this when your brain is thinking in a more rational fashion, you seem hell-bent hung-up on your own personal unlimited freedoms, and selfishly NOT considering anyone else, and the shoes those kids in Sandy Hook walked to school in that day. Your "Second Amendment freedoms" are more important to you, then those kids, than is any use of your rational brain power to reconsider that "freedom" and make reasonable "shouting fire in a crowded theater" adjustments to that freedom.
