this was the Republican endgame all along. They'd been building the notion that redistricting resulting in Black voter disenfranchisement 'wasn't discrimination' if 'the intent' wasn't racial, even if it results in disenfranchisement. They've been building that bs argument for quite awhile now.

Like the attack on women's abortion rights, GOP/MAGA undermining is incremental and underhanded. BTW, They'll be ruling out contraceptives next.

AND birthright citizenship. Even for non-immigrants who long thought themselves (ourselves) as Americans.
