Along with research designed to show fake connections such as vaccines (or Tylenol) causing autism. Meanwhile, research for cancer and other serious illnesses has been cut. Our for-profit healthcare system has long been a mess, but at least medical science used to be reasonably accurate. Now it’s just medical conspiracy theories.
