is composed of people who were never elected to anything by anyone. Presidential cronies and hacks they were frequently called in the forties, before the Presidential Succession Act. Can you imagine the cronies and hacks tRump could have appointed and then been replaced with if he knew he was going to step down, instead of Nancy Pelosi?
