is this? I daresay that this will be in the news nonstop now as a result. And it should be, being that the headlines of such an event would blare in bold print "GOVERNOR'S GOONS MANHANDLE AND PREVENTS CHILD FROM ASKING ?S OF THE GOVERNOR".

Pretty pathetic if you ask me.
