support big government, immigration, outsourcing, 'evil globalization' and helping minorities. For years, since Reagan.

It's all 'unamerican,' soshialism and the reason for their misery and problems.

Scapegoating the other, fomenting hate and anger and brainwashing spread by lying hate media and ignorance.

As the other poster noted, WVa. was a solid blue Democratic state for many years, from FDR through Clinton.

It separated from Virginia in 1861 and entered the Union in 1863. A mountain state that was rugged, remote and lacked large, flat tracks of land suited for plantations and agricultural production through slave labor.

Crops like tobacco, corn and cotton were raised in Va., Md., the Carolinas and Deep South states. WV never had that economy or a large black population. Instead, it was made up of small subsistence farming, hunting, some businesses and coal, coal and more coal.
