DIdn't we have laws on the books making it a crime to spread HIV to people by spitting and deliberately going condom free??

It's a deliberate, conscious action designed to instill fear of a potentially deadly infection. Seems like a serious crime to me. Assault as minimum.

We've got laws on the books. Arrest these idiots and malcontents.

Once they start facing jail time, real jail time, maybe the restwill crawl back into the primordial stew from which they came.
