(2,730 posts)Holder and Obama to do their jobs. The same goes for that Democratic Senate and every Democratic representative. When are they going to get off their behinds and fight for their constituents against the Republican rightwing Party?
What people need to do is mobilize in the Democratic Party nationally and bring a Class Action case against the Republican Party, for violation of Voters Rights under the Constitution. Every point that you have listed, interferes with a person's legal right to vote within the Constitution just by one Political Party. It is not a consensus by all Parties, but just by one Party and certain individuals like the Kochs, infringing on Americans rights to vote.
I think because it is a National issue, moves it from the state level. I think the National Government has the responsibility to ensure the rights of All Americans to vote equally. If a voter that has a legal right to vote on election day, rights is infringed on by one Party, should have the legal right to sue the Republican Party. There needs to be a push back from the grass roots on up in the other parties, to sanction the Republican Party. They are like the Nazi Party. The action should be against their entire Party as dangerous to American Democracy. How is this different than the Second Amendment and Americans rights to bear arms?
