Why don't we stop the "one size fits all" dietary guidelines altogether? If carnivore works for him, great! If vegan works for someone else, wonderful! The grain heavy SAD.(Standard American Diet) works for you? Go for it!

It's ridiculous that RFK Jr is pushing his personal nutritional agenda. I wouldn't take skin care advice from him either, because he obviously hasn't heard of SUNSCREEN!
