The '50s could never imagine an idiot like MTG. They could be portrayed that way in TV shows but nobody in those days would imagine anyone in Congress being as dumb as the "House Freedom Caucus" as they lie[sic] to be known or one of the "CrossFit Chaos Monsters" as Slate calls her.
