The decision below was 2-1, with two GWBush nominees in the majority and a Trump nominee dissenting. While these things are never absolutely predictable, a betting person would lay odds that all 6 Trumpers will vote to support the ban on drag shows. That means that, out of the 2 GW Bush judges who haven't already ruled against the school and the two Reagan judges -- the school needs to pick up three votes. This assumes that the two GW Bush judges who already ruled against the school don't reverse themselves and that the the Clinton, Obama and Biden Judges side with the first amendment.
