they probably didn't ace their exams.

Pic of the building is here. Looks like a relatively cheaply made building, but recent (and presumably up to code). On the other hand, that's not a huge balcony for 10 students.

Picture of what's left attached. Sometimes how things are torqued is more important to watch than how things twerk.
