The University of Central Oklahoma recently announced that they would no longer print the school newspaper because of budget concerns. There is a large and well-known journalism department at the school, and this was a huge deal. Many graduates are trying to get the paper reinstated.

Oh, and the big budget savings realized by cutting the paper? $12,000 per school year.

Yeah, that's gonna make a huge difference.
