We need to realize that any 25th Amendment procedure is going to take months if not years to actually happen.

Nobody really knows how this is going to work, since it has never been done, and everything will go through several courts up to SCOTUS before they finally figure it all out. This is assuming Vance is on board with the 25A .... if he isn't willing then it's dead in the water.
