He is a balls-to-the-wall, no holds barred Charles Manson wannabe who has had wet dreams of controlling an army of like-minded monsters, and has finally created them with ICE. He is the very embodiment of the distilled essence of conservatism: Unbridled malice and mind-numbing depravity unleashed to try to satisfy the GOP's gluttonous craving for total dominion over the lives of others by any and all means necessary, up to, and including, handcuffing naked children in the middle of a cold night and detaining them outside for hours. But that's just the most recent example. The list is long. VERY long.
Even Satan would say, "Oh, come ON, guys! Really?" These evil motherfuckers just laugh. THIS is Republicanism stripped bare for all the world to see.
