There are days where the pain is just unbearable. I had heard of new back surgeries, went to a doctor and she had a CT Scan done on my spine. Turns out I have spinal arthritis and said don't let anyone convince to get back surgery, it might make it worse. Since I'm Eliquis she couldn't really prescribe anything either. Told me to save up for a walker that has the option to sit down, a day may come I might need it.

A chiropractor, CBD and accupunture used to work. Not so much anymore. A deep tissue massage still works (and whenever I get a new therapist, have to inform them "trust me, you won't be able to hurt me" and they are always shocked as hell how much pressure they can apply and I don't even budge). Problem is, insurance doesn't cover it.

I'm in California, so hopefully it makes its way here.
