(7,422 posts)I said the US military was the largest anti-fascist organization ever because they fought and defeated the fascists in WW II. I didn't say anything about so called "antifa".
But even Wikipedia (which you liked to) says antifa is not an organization. It characterized it as a "movement". Antifa (/ænˈtiːfə, ˈæntifə/) is a left-wing anti-fascist and anti-racist political movement in the United States. It consists of a highly decentralized array of autonomous groups that use nonviolent direct action, or violence to achieve their aims. A movement is not an organization.
I don't think anyone was claiming there isn't such a thing as antifa, just that it isn't a group or organization. It's more like a viewpoint. You can't legitimately call antifa a terror group because there is no such defined group.
