They also sell T shirts with Pepe frogs on, dogs selling dogecoin, and anything else that has been the meme du jour over the years.
It's capitalism. And you can tell there's no central organization, because no one's getting sued for trademark infringement.
It seems a few years since there was even much news about anyone in the streets calling themselves "antifa". In fact, the last notable spike in interest was around Trump's attempted coup:

They were seen as people who might go to DC too and start to fight Trump's MAGA thugs. But people didn't (many had said "don't take the bait" - whether that's the reason, I don't know). So MAGA attacked the police and Congress, without anyone there being "Antifa" (sure, the buffoons tried to say "Antifa False Flag Argle Bargle Never My Fault" ). And since then, there's been very little "Antifa" branded activity (after all, we had 4 years of a democratic, Democratic federal government, so nothing for anyone anti-fascist to object to then; but protests against Trump just haven't been called "antifa" ).
"Antifa" may become Trump's Emmanuel Goldstein - the boogeyman to be wheeled out when he needs a distraction, or a vague term to be written on arrest warrants when they need excuses to arrest any opponent.
