2. How do we know if someone is here without documentation?

Are we supposed to avoid anyone who is not white and does not speak with an American accent?

Do we need to ask everyone we associate with (clerk at supermarket, waiter at restaurant, etc.) for a certified birth certificate? And if they can't produce one, should we flee in terror?

Or isthe Trump administration going to make undocumented migrants wear a distinctive badge, like this?
