32. Filing charges in DC is off the table

The big crimes were committed in Florida. IF the case was filed in DC TSF couldn't be charged under the espionage act and whatever he could be charged with would be crimes he committed while president which he then would claim executive immunity.

Smith had no choice but to file the charges in Florida.
