2. What does he expect to get from Biden that he can't get from his administration officials?

Other than a photo op....which would DeSantis and Abbott and Trump would love to see.

The House holds the purse strings. They are the ones refusing to pass immigration reform. Why doesn't he demand a meeting with MAGA Mike? Or Abbot or DeSantis for that matter, who keep sending busloads of disoriented asylum seekers to his city.
