About motivations these lawyers may have to plead guilty, with a plea deal.
Financial issues were discussed, costs of a long trial, lawyers fees and living expenses in GA, and little or no income; and a threat to their future livelihood if they are found guilty and disbarred. By pleading guilty (to reduced charges) there is a chance they will be able to keep their law licenses and practice law, at least in some states.

Fani has done an outstanding job! She knew some would flip. She's after the big orange cheese. And it would appear she's going to get him!
