Dispatch received a call from a neighbor about a young Black male running through the neighborhood with a firearm. Deputies confronted the child and negotiated his surrender for about 16 minutes.

these comments are tiresome...there are plenty of non-fatal encounters between POC and police....while I understand the percentages do show a degree of unfairness, to act as POC are always gunned down is silly
