19. Cataract surgery is kind of a breeze

They knock you out at the beginning and if you wake up, it's gorgeous, endlessly changing abstract art in bright colors. It's an in and out surgery, when they're done and you can manage to walk, they turn you loose to be driven home.

It's not a surgery to fear, although anything to do with the eye squicks most people out.
